Administrators and Teachers have always been able to make changes to accounts at an individual level. With the bulk action option, you can change individual accounts, but also a large number of accounts at one time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Unarchive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Download CSV<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enable\/Disable<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Bulk actions that can be performed on\u00a0Student accounts<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Add Pathway<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Add Test<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Remove Test<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Archive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Unarchive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Change Grade<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Graduation Year<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Add Teacher<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Remove Teacher<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    11. Remove Tag<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. Merge Accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      Performing Bulk Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A few of the bulk actions listed above have already been described in this section, but the general process is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Login at the WebXam home page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In the left navigation bar, choose which account dropdown (Administrators, Teachers, or Students) you\u2019d like to review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. In the dropdown chosen, use \u201cList\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. This will open the roster table. In the roster table, click the check mark box to choose the person or people you want to change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Once the individuals you want to change are chosen, in the \u201cBulk Action\u201d drop-down, choose which action that is needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Some Bulk Actions require additional information. Prompts for the required information will appear next to the Bulk Action list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
