{"id":155,"date":"2017-09-19T11:56:32","date_gmt":"2017-09-19T11:56:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.webxam.org\/webxam\/?page_id=155"},"modified":"2024-06-28T14:28:24","modified_gmt":"2024-06-28T18:28:24","slug":"adding-tests-to-a-student-account","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/news.webxam.org\/webxam\/webxam-faq\/webxam-quick-start\/adding-tests-to-a-student-account\/","title":{"rendered":"Updating Programs on Student Accounts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Applies To: Administrators, Teachers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To add or remove a program on a student account go to \u201cSecondary Student\u201d on the left navigation panel and select \u201cList\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>You can add a program to 1 student or add the same program to multiple students.<\/p>\n<p>To add a program for 1 student, find the student via the search bar.\u00a0 Once you have the student, select the expand button and select edit user.\u00a0 Scroll down to the Programs Field and add\/remove the Program(s) from the pre-populated list.\u00a0 Select save at the bottom to complete the process.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to add or remove the same program to a number of students, select the students you want to add\/remove the program to by selecting each student using checkboxes to the left of the Expand Button column. Select the bulk action dropdown, and \u201cAdd Program\u201d or &#8220;Remove Program&#8221;.
