A test must be assigned to a student before they can take the test. This can be done for one student or many students at one time.<\/p>\n

To add a test to an individual student:<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Login at the WebXam home page.<\/li>\n
  2. In the left navigation bar, choose either \u201cAdult Student\u201d or \u201cSecondary Student\u201d based on your need.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose \u201cList\u201d in the dropdown of the left navigation bar. This will show you the roster of students.<\/li>\n
  4. To change one individual student, click the green \u201cplus\u201d button next to their name in the roster table, in the column called \u201cExpand\u201d.<\/li>\n
  5. When the information for the student is expanded, click the \u201cEdit User\u201d button. This will open a new window<\/li>\n
  6. To add a test, or multiple tests in a student’s reported pathway use the input labelled “Tests”<\/li>\n
  7. To add a test, or multiple tests in a student’s outside<\/em> reported pathway use the input labelled “Additional Tests”<\/li>\n
  8. Hit \u201cSave\u201d or this change will not take place.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To add a test to multiple students:<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. To add tests to multiple students at one time, in the roster table, place a check mark in the box next to the name of the student you wish to add tests to.<\/li>\n
    2. In the dropdown that reads \u201cBulk Action\u201d click the right arrow to view the dropdown. Choose the option, \u201cAdd Test\u201d.<\/li>\n
    3. This will open up a dropdown listing all the tests available to assign. Find your test in the list and select that test.<\/li>\n
    4. Hit the \u201cApply\u201d button for each test being added. This will add that test to those students.<\/li>\n
    5. To do additional tests, repeat the process for each additional tests that need to be added.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
