You can find an existing WebXam user in two ways, the search function or the list function. The search function uses information about a user’s location, fragments of his or her name, and the type of user. Using the search function returns a list of all of users of a specific type at a location.<\/p>\n

To use the “Search” function:<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Login at the WebXam home page.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the “User Search” section on the left navigation bar.<\/li>\n
  3. You can use the search bar in the right hand corner above the roster table to search by any of the text listed in the columns.<\/li>\n
  4. You can filter by first or last name, username, account type, or location by using the \u201cFilters\u201d option.<\/li>\n
  5. Users matching your criteria will be displayed automatically after typing in those areas.<\/li>\n
  6. You can then use the information queried in the search to find what you need.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To use the “List” function:<\/em><\/p>\n

    1. Login at the WebXam home page.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the section on the left navigation bar that represents what type of user you want to list (i.e., Administrator, Teacher, Assessor, Adult Student, Secondary Student).<\/li>\n
    3. Select the “List” menu item.<\/li>\n
    4. You can use the filters featured to search by specific items by using the \u201cFilters\u201d features across the top.<\/li>\n
    5. You can also use the search bar in the right corner of the roster table to search for text from any column of the roster table<\/span>.<\/li>\n
