To activate tests:<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. Login at the WebXam home page.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “Activate Test” on the left navigation bar.<\/li>\n
  3. Select your name in the \u201cSelect the Teacher\u201d dropdown. Click \u201cNext\u201d.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the District\/Career Center that owns the program you are testing for. This will auto-populate with the Teacher’s selected District\/Career Center as it is listed in their account profile. Please select the appropriate District\/Career Center if it is different from the teacher’s profile. If you have questions about this, please contact WebXam support<\/a> or your local testing coordinator.<\/li>\n
  5. In \u201cSelect the test type\u201d you can choose either \u201cPosttest\u201d, \u201cPre-Test,\u201d, \u201cPractice Test\u201d or “Saved Tests”. Click \u201cNext\u201d.<\/li>\n
  6. In the dropdown, choose the test you want to activate. Click \u201cNext.\u201d<\/li>\n
  7. In the \u201cSelect the Course\u201d dropdown, choose the course you are testing. Click \u201cNext\u201d.<\/li>\n
  8. This will open up the \u201cSelect the Students\u201d roster. In the check box on the left hand side of the student roster, choose the students who need to take the test. Once they are chosen, click \u201cActivate.\u201d Those students are now set up to take that practice test for that particular course.<\/li>\n
  9. By default, the activation window will begin immediately.  However, you can specify a later start time (up to 7 days in advance) using the “Activation Start Time” panel.<\/li>\n
  10. The activation window is always 1 hour from the start time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
