{"id":348,"date":"2017-12-06T14:47:28","date_gmt":"2017-12-06T14:47:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.webxam.org\/webxam\/?page_id=348"},"modified":"2023-07-13T17:25:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-13T17:25:48","slug":"viewing-a-report","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/news.webxam.org\/webxam\/webxam-documentation-v2\/viewing-reports\/viewing-a-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Viewing a Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>To run a report, an administrator or teacher must:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Login at the WebXam home page.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Reports&#8221; in the left navigation bar.<\/li>\n<li>In the dropdown, choose the report that best meets your needs based on the summary provided.\n<ul>\n<li>If you are choosing the new &#8220;Testing&#8221; or &#8220;Pathway reports, new features can help to improve the report results\n<ul>\n<li>In the &#8220;Testing&#8221; and &#8220;Pathway&#8221; report, you can choose &#8220;All Years&#8221; in the &#8220;During&#8221; filter. This will show you all the testing years for your roster.<\/li>\n<li>After running a &#8220;Testing&#8221; and &#8220;Pathway&#8221; report, you can check the box for &#8220;Show Pathway Rows&#8221; which will remove individual tests and only show the desired exported pathway.<\/li>\n<li>You can also check the box for &#8220;Additional Details&#8221; and see the assigned teacher names and the number of correct responses to the total questions on the test.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>After this selection, complete the dropdown boxes as instructed. Then click \u201cRun Report\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some reports can take a long time to compile data.
