Logging in\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Use your username (e.g., lastname.1) and your password issued to you by your administrator to log into www.webxam.org. <\/li>
  2. Enter the username and password into the matching fields and click on \u201cSign In\u201d. <\/li>
  3. Once your login credentials are accepted, you land at the WebXam home page.. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Adding Assessors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select the “Assessor” menu item and you will see options to “List” Assessors and “Add New” Assessors.<\/li>
    2. Select “New” to create a new Assessor account. The following information is requested for each assessor.
      Teacher<\/strong>: This should be you if you are a teacher. If you are an administrator, select all teachers the Assessor will work with
      First Name<\/strong>: The Assessor’s first name
      Last Name<\/strong>: The Assessor’s last name
      Educator State ID<\/strong>: The Assessor’s State Teaching License ID
      Location<\/strong>: The school where the Education Program is located
      Email<\/strong>: The Assessor’s Email address
      Phone<\/strong>: (optional) The Assessor’s phone number
      Extension<\/strong>: (optional) The Assessor’s phone number extension
      Assessor Type<\/strong>: Select “Portfolio – Education Portfolio”<\/li>
    3. Select the “Create User<\/strong>” button to create the account. The Assessor will receive an email with their username and a link to set their password for logging into WebXam.<\/li>
    4. To add additional Assessors, repeat steps 2 and 3.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
