A student test taker is defined as any student who has taken an Ohio CTE test or who is a candidate for taking an Ohio CTE test. A student test taker may not
- discuss any specific test items on the tests with fellow students before, during, or after the administration of the tests.
- take tests in an environment that is not proctored or an approved district location.
- use any material* during the test other than what is allowed by a student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP).* Exception: Students taking an End-of-Course Test in the Construction Technologies Career Field may use a National Electrical Code (NEC) book or Quick-Card for courses that include content on electrical wiring.
