How to Add Tests to a Student’s Account

A test must be assigned to a student before they can take the test. This can be done for one student or many students at one time.

To add a test to an individual student:

  1. Login at the WebXam home page.
  2. In the left navigation bar, choose either “Adult Student” or “Secondary Student” based on your need.
  3. Choose “List” in the dropdown of the left navigation bar. This will show you the roster of students.
  4. To change one individual student, click the green “plus” button next to their name in the roster table, in the column called “Expand”.
  5. When the information for the student is expanded, click the “Edit User” button. This will open a new window
  6. To add a test, or multiple tests in a student’s reported pathway use the input labelled “Tests”
  7. To add a test, or multiple tests in a student’s outside reported pathway use the input labelled “Additional Tests”
  8. Hit “Save” or this change will not take place.

To add a test to multiple students:

  1. To add tests to multiple students at one time, in the roster table, place a check mark in the box next to the name of the student you wish to add tests to.
  2. In the dropdown that reads “Bulk Action” click the right arrow to view the dropdown. Choose the option, “Add Test”.
  3. This will open up a dropdown listing all the tests available to assign. Find your test in the list and select that test.
  4. Hit the “Apply” button for each test being added. This will add that test to those students.
  5. To do additional tests, repeat the process for each additional tests that need to be added.
