How to change student grade levels

A special procedure is available for changing the grade level of secondary students.

You can apply this procedure by doing the following:

  1. Login at the WebXam home page.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the “Secondary Student” menu item.
  3. In the dropdown for that choice, click the “List” button.
  4. Click the check box next to any student you wish to advance.
  5. Once you add the check marks to the boxes, in the “Bulk Action” dropdown, choose “Change Grade”.
  6. The secondary dropdown will appear. In that one, choose the grade you wish to set (you can also choose to increase or decrease the grade level by 1). Then click “Apply”.
