Throughout the testing year, administrators or teachers need to manage user accounts. For example, student accounts will need to be activated for the particular test being administered. This section of the WebXam User’s Guide provides instructions on how to search for or archive users, find passwords (for teachers and administrators only), and change personal information.
User accounts that are not active for two (2) years are automatically disabled on July 1st of each year. These accounts can be re-enabled as needed.
