Certificate of Successful Completion

Certificates of successful completion are available through WebXam. The website can generate certificates suitable for inclusion in a student’s portfolio. Certificates are only available to those students who have successfully passed a pathway test. Certificates are not available for passing individual courses.

To access students’ certificates of completion an administrator or teacher must:

1. Login at the WebXam home page.
2. Click on “Reports” in the left navigation bar.
3. Click on “Pathway”.
4. Select a pathway from the “Test” drop-down box.
5. Select a school year from the pull-down list.
6. Click the “Run Report” button. A table of students with overall score information will be displayed.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the web page. Click the “Print Certificates” button for PDF certificates. Successful students will have certificates generated.
