Logging in
- Use your username (e.g., lastname.1) and your password issued to you by your administrator to log into www.webxam.org.
- Enter the username and password into the matching fields and click on “Sign In”.
- Once your login credentials are accepted, you land at the WebXam home page..
Adding Assessors
- Select the “Assessor” menu item and you will see options to “List” Assessors and “Add New” Assessors.
- Select “New” to create a new Assessor account. The following information is requested for each assessor.
Teacher: This should be you if you are a teacher. If you are an administrator, select all teachers the Assessor will work with
First Name: The Assessor’s first name
Last Name: The Assessor’s last name
Educator State ID: The Assessor’s State Teaching License ID
Location: The school where the Education Program is located
Email: The Assessor’s Email address
Phone: (optional) The Assessor’s phone number
Extension: (optional) The Assessor’s phone number extension
Assessor Type: Select “Portfolio – Education Portfolio” - Select the “Create User” button to create the account. The Assessor will receive an email with their username and a link to set their password for logging into WebXam.
- To add additional Assessors, repeat steps 2 and 3.

Reviewing Score Reports
- Select the “Reports” menu item and then select “Testing” to view the testing report which will include portfolio scoring information
- Typically, the only selection you need to change on the report definition page is the change the “Test” to “350010 – Education Principles.” All other choices may be optionally changed.
- Select “Run Report“
- When the report displays, you will see all students that have either taken the 350010 EOC test in WebXam in the selected year, or students who have had their education portfolio rated by at least one Assessor in the selected year.
- The report includes the following columns:
- First Name: The Student’s first name
- Last Name: The Student’s last name
- Test: The test taken (will always be 350010 for portfolios)
- Performance Standards: The proficient and advanced standards for the combined EOC Test and Portfolio scores
- Test Date: The date the EOC test was taken, if it has been taken
- % Correct: The percent score for the combined EOC test and portfolio.
- Score: The score status of the student
- Portfolio: Whether additional Assessors are needed to complete portfolio scoring, then number in parentheses is the number of Assessors that have already submitted scores.
- You can select the “Show Additional Details” checkbox at the top of the report to see more information about EOC test and portfolio scoring.
