District Testing Coordinators are administrators with additional access rights including:
- Can manage any program located at or administered by the district(s) for which they serve as District Testing Coordinator.
- Can add or remove District Testing Coordinators (including themselves)
- Can manage users located at districts they are District Testing Coordinators for, including those not assigned to any program.
Some additional recommendations for DTC accounts include:
- All districts should have at least one District Testing Coordinator.
- If a District Testing Coordinator leaves a district their account should be removed from the role and the replacement added.
- WebXam Support may require verification before adding a DTC on behalf of a district, either based on the district website or a letter from the district superintendent.
