To run a report, an administrator or teacher must:
- Login at the WebXam home page.
- Select “Reports” in the left navigation bar.
- In the dropdown, choose the report that best meets your needs based on the summary provided.
- If you are choosing the new “Testing” or “Pathway reports, new features can help to improve the report results
- In the “Testing” and “Pathway” report, you can choose “All Years” in the “During” filter. This will show you all the testing years for your roster.
- After running a “Testing” and “Pathway” report, you can check the box for “Show Pathway Rows” which will remove individual tests and only show the desired exported pathway.
- You can also check the box for “Additional Details” and see the assigned teacher names and the number of correct responses to the total questions on the test.
- If you are choosing the new “Testing” or “Pathway reports, new features can help to improve the report results
- After this selection, complete the dropdown boxes as instructed. Then click “Run Report”.
Some reports can take a long time to compile data. If you receive an error, or your report takes an inordinate amount of time, please contact WebXam support.
