The types of reports you can access will depend on your role within the district. Several types of data are provided depending on the particular report:
- (%) Score Needed to Pass – Found on Individual, Expanded, and Aggregate reports.
- Student Cumulative Score – (i.e., % Correct) Found on the Expanded report and “Overall” line in Individual report.
- Number of Questions – Found on Individual and Expanded reports. This is the number of questions attempted.
- Number Correct – Found on Individual and Expanded reports.
- Proficiency – Found in Individual and Expanded reports. Indicated for test and pathway levels on the Individual report. For the “Overall” line on the Individual report and the “Student” line on the Expanded report for Pathway assessments, this is an indicator of whether the student is passing the sequence based on the student’s progress.
- Class Average % – Found on Aggregate report. This is the average of the student’s scores for a particular course or pathway.
- Total Students – Found on Aggregate report. This is the number of students who have taken a test or pathway. The “Overall” line in the Aggregate report, in the case of a pathway, reflects the number of students who have attempted a course in the pathway.
- Total Passing – Found on Aggregate report. This is the number of students who have passed a course or pathway. For the “Overall” line in the Aggregate report, in the case of a pathway, reflects the number of students who have passed the pathway by attempting courses and have achieved a passing score overall.
