- Inform test takers what test they are taking and whether it is a pretest or post-test.
- If the test is a field test, inform test takers that the results they will see are preliminary.
- Distribute WebXam usernames and access codes.
- If the post-test (including field tests) includes CTAG-aligned content, inform test takers that the test may be able to be used for college credit and they will be asked upon completion of the test to agree to electronic data-sharing of scoring with Ohio Colleges and Universities to which they apply for the purpose of determining if college credit is available.
