- Determine how much time students need. A typical WebXam assessment for a test taker with no accommodations is limited to 40 minutes (1 minute times the number of questions on the assessment).
- Some assessments are shorter, such as WebXam Pathway Practice Tests.
- Some are significantly longer, such as WebXam Field Tests, which are approximately 100 questions long and thus may require as much as 100 minutes for test takers with no accommodations.

- Can they enable a kiosk-mode application for use during testing?
- Can they limit access to specific websites? (For WebXam, those websites are: *.webxam.org)
- Can they block access to any AI tools not required based on IEPs?
- Can they provide logging of all sites students accessed during testing?
- Ensure the testing room is secure: no posters, notes, or materials that could aid students.
- Confirm that all devices that will be used for testing are district-managed and secure.
- Coordinate with IT to restrict access to non-WebXam websites.
- Confirm accommodations for students with IEPs or 504 Plans are correctly applied in WebXam.
