It’s important to note that as of this version of WebXam, student accounts no longer use passwords. Student accounts receive a unique access code issued at the time of test activation for each testing session. Student tests may be scheduled one week in advance which allows teachers early access to download and print the access codes.
Non-student accounts (administrators, assessors, and teachers) must use the password reset feature to reset a new password.
To reset a non-students password:
- Login at the WebXam home page.
- If you have forgotten your password, on the login page, click the “Reset” hyperlink in blue.
- Enter your school email address in the form provided.
- An email with a link will be sent to the account you designated in your WebXam account profile. Click that link.
- The link will take you to WebXam where you can provide a new password.
- Once the password reset is successful, revisit the WebXam home page and log in with your username and password.
